How it works

It all starts with a coaching consultation to find out which of my 14 periodized fitness programs is the best fit for you. Whether you're looking to build muscle, lose weight, or recover from an acute shoulder injury, now you’ll have a structured starting point.

We then schedule bi-weekly coaching calls, and I shape the program to fit your goals, equipment, available time, and ability. I'll create home workouts or full gym sessions tailored to your fitness level and environment.

Together we'll create a perfect plan for your goals, based on you.

We'll use the Precision Nutrition coaching method, developed by the world's top nutrition researchers and used by champion athletes to achieve lasting change.

We'll schedule bi-weekly coaching calls, to discuss your progress through Precision Nutrition daily/weekly content and curriculum.
